SoTalent is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive Lean manufacturing initiatives and optimise production performance on-site. The role focuses on process optimisation, industrial performance, problem solving and the digitalisation of production areas.

You will lead CI projects, develop KPIs, and support new lines and equipment while training teams in Lean tools and methodologies. English communication required in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree, ideally in General Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar continuous improvement or industrial engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies, including 5S, SMED and Kanban.
• Experience managing projects and improvement programmes in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable with data analysis, process documentation and standardisation.
• Experience working with or leading teams.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Optimise production processes and improve industrial performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts.
• Develop and implement Lean methods, including 5S, SMED and Kanban.
• Create and maintain operational standards and processes.
• Develop, implement and monitor KPIs and process performance indicators.
• Support the implementation of new production lines, equipment and operating procedures.
• Identify training needs and deliver training on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
• Lead communication and change management around improvement initiatives.
• Support the integration of new equipment and production methods.
• Contribute to the digitalisation of production areas.
• Analyse production data and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
