Job summary

CRH is seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement professional to lead lean initiatives, capital projects, and process optimization across multiple Texas locations. This role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and significant travel (75-90%).

You will develop and implement improvements, mentor plant teams, and ensure alignment with Operational Excellence practices to enhance profitability, throughput, and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally precast.
• Strong Lean manufacturing knowledge and track record.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and project management tools.
• Excellent teamwork and leadership in matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and improve production methods using lean tools and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for significant improvement at regional locations.
• Provide oversight, planning and mentoring to plant-level teams implementing lean initiatives.
• Drive manufacturing process changes through hands-on coordination with plant teams.
• Optimize plant layout and flow to reduce inefficiencies and costs.
• Lead plant improvement workshops to address bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
