PNC in Littleton, CO is seeking a Lead Teller to coach and mentor tellers, deliver a unique customer experience and identify banking opportunities. You will educate customers on banking options and refer prospects to branch staff to deepen relationships.

In this in-office role you will collaborate with the Branch Manager on performance management, hiring decisions and policy adherence, while leveraging technology to enhance service delivery and resolve issues promptly.

Formación

• Experience in retail banking or teller leadership is preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop frontline staff and improve customer experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills demonstrated in banking context.

Responsabilidades

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example in identifying opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example in performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example with clear communication skills, transaction handling and problem resolution processes.
• Assists the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures, ensuring efficient and accurate daily operations.
