You will translate goals into actionable performance targets while championing a digital-first mindset, ensuring compliance, and managing the annual budget. This role emphasizes community engagement and delivering exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree plus 6–10 years of related experience; 3+ years in leadership within a financial institution.
• Experience mentoring and coaching with a relationship banking and advisory focus.
• French fluency is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing branch team with a strong advisory culture.
• Translate organizational goals into actionable branch strategies and targets.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and internal controls; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage credit adjudication within policy and risk guidelines; drive service excellence and member satisfaction.
• Engage with community initiatives to strengthen local presence and partnerships.
