AVENTA is seeking an experienced Lead Structural Designer to join a subsea engineering team on the Baleine 3 project. Based in the Paris area, this role offers ownership over design output and direction of a design team on a major deepwater subsea program.

You will lead 3D modelling, guide designers, and liaise with engineering and project management to ensure fabrication and installation alignment. English required; extensive Oil & Gas subsea experience essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in structural design in Oil & Gas, ideally on deepwater subsea projects.
• Strong proficiency in Inventor and Vault.
• Team management experience and a collaborative, project-oriented mindset.
• Strong sense of shared ownership and good communication skills.
• Knowledge of installation methods is a plus.
• Good working English

For one of our clients, a major international EPCI contractor, we are looking for an experienced Lead Structural Designer to join a subsea engineering team on the Baleine 3 project.
