AVENTA is seeking a Structural Installation Aids Lead Engineer to act as focal point for the structure discipline on the Baleine 3 offshore project, based in the Paris region with on-site presence required. You will lead the structure team, coordinate with geotechnics, installation, flowlines and materials, and ensure timely delivery of technical documents while guiding project decisions.

The role demands at least five years in offshore subsea structures, extensive use of ABAQUS and SACS, and

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in offshore subsea structures (FLET, manifold, suction pile, large mudmat).
Proven use of API 2A WSD, AISC 9th Edition and DNV-ST-N001 on subsea projects.
Experience with ABAQUS (2D shell, 3D), SACS; strong leadership and team management.

Responsabilités

Act as focal point on the subsea structure discipline for Baleine 3.
Interface with other subsea disciplines, maintaining knowledge across geotechnics, installation, flowlines and materials.
Lead the project structure team: train and support team members, validate technical documents, provide leadership.
Manage project activity including resources, budget and planning, ensure timely issue of documents, and report progress to project management.
Act as the technical reference point for structure-related decisions across the project; onshore and offshore missions possible depending on project needs.
