AVENTA is seeking an experienced Structural Designer specialised in installation aids to join a subsea engineering team on the Destiny WAG project based in the Paris area. You will produce detailed structural drawings and 3D models for installation aids on offshore subsea structures and contribute design output that supports fabrication and installation in deepwater environments.

• 5 years' experience in structural design in Oil & Gas, ideally on deepwater subsea projects.

For one of our clients, a major international EPCI contractor, we are looking for an experienced Structural Designer specialised in installation aids to join a subsea engineering team on the Destiny WAG project.

What you will do

• Produce detailed structural drawings and 3D models for installation aids on offshore subsea structures
• Work on deepwater subsea design, contributing design output that supports fabrication and installation
• Liaise with the engineering team and communicate on design progress and constraints
• Maintain and organise 3D models and drawing data using PLM tools

What you bring

• 5 years' experience in structural design in Oil & Gas, ideally on deepwater subsea projects
• Proficiency in Inventor and Vault, or equivalent (e.g. SolidWorks + Vault)
• Knowledge of installation methods is a plus
• Good working English

A long-term contract assignment within a major international EPCI contractor's subsea engineering team on the Destiny WAG project, based in the Paris area. You'll work on detailed structural design feeding directly into deepwater subsea installation, with visibility on how your models translate into field execution.
