Job summary

Exotec in France is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to drive high-impact warehouse automation solutions from concept to delivery. You will shape logistics strategies, translate challenges into technical sales strategies, and influence stakeholders to align on value-driven outcomes.

• Engineering or supply chain background, with a strong track record in complex solution design.
• Proven experience in engaging with demanding customers in a pre-sales or solution-driven environment.
• Strong business acumen combined with deep technical expertise.
• Ability to influence, convince and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Natural leadership, with a drive to mentor and elevate others.
• Fluent French and English, comfortable operating in an international context.

• Shape customers' logistics strategies by challenging the status quo and proposing innovative, value-driven alternatives.
• Translate customer challenges into compelling technical sales strategies that drive winning outcomes.
• Influence key stakeholders by clearly articulating the value of Exotec solutions and building strong technical alignment.
• Collaborate with partners and suppliers to co-create best-in-class solutions, challenging them to reach the highest standards.
• Drive technical excellence by embedding Exotec methodologies and supporting Sales through complex project leadership.
• Act as a recognized expert in a key technical domain, elevating team capabilities and decision-making.
• Empower teams and partners by creating impactful training content and sharing best practices.
• Travel is required: twice a month to visit our clients, once a month to our headquarters near Lille.

As Lead Solutions Engineer, in charge of France within the Solutions Engineering Western Europe team, you will:

Experience selling complex solutions in a warehouse automation environment

• Engineering or supply chain background, with a strong track record in complex solution design
• Proven experience in engaging with demanding customers in a pre-sales or solution-driven environment
