Wiremind is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to own the technical foundations of our Eventori platform for sports clubs and venues. You will spend ~70% as an Individual Contributor writing code and addressing critical technical challenges, with ~30% on coordination, mentoring, and cross-functional alignment.

You’ll collaborate with frontend and backend leads, Product Owners, and leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in a hybrid work environment. Fluency in French is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience on complex products.
• Strong fullstack background with backend-first mindset (Python).
• Comfort owning frontend work (Next.js/TypeScript).
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
• Good communication skills and collaboration with Product.
• Fluency in French (native to fluent).
• Bonus: SaaS, event-tech, or complex interfaces/B2B2C products.

Responsabilités

• Own the most complex parts of the codebase (frontend & backend).
• Define and enforce engineering best practices through code reviews and pairing.
• Lead architecture decisions and improve scalability and performance.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and leadership to align technical choices with business goals.
• Mentor and coach developers to grow their autonomy.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to ship scalable solutions.
