Homa is seeking a Lead Economy Designer (Hybrid RPG) to own the economy across multiple live titles, shaping how players earn, spend, and engage, and driving revenue and KPI growth. You will build scalable models, define pricing, and run simulations while partnering with studios to implement monetization architectures.

Ideal candidates have extensive free-to-play RPG economy experience, strong SQL data skills, hands-on execution, and ability to document clearly for global teams.

Qualifications

• Direct RPG - F2P economy ownership across live titles.
• Strong data analysis skills; SQL proficiency required.
• Hands-on execution mindset with end-to-end delivery.
• Structured thinking and clear documentation for studios.
• Strong written and verbal communication across distributed teams.

Responsabilités

• Design scalable RPG economy systems and monetization models.
• Own pricing, balancing, and IAP strategies across titles.
• Build economy simulations and data models from data to live balancing.
• Partner with studios to translate frameworks into actionable guidance.
