Homa is seeking a Director of Product for our live RPG titles to define and own the product roadmap from live title to franchised experiences. You will lead end-to-end LiveOps, balancing progression, monetization and growth with a small, highly capable team.

You will work closely with Publishing, Data, Economy and UA to ensure a cohesive product strategy across multiple titles in a lean, fast-moving environment. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and bold experimentation.

Qualifications

• Product experience on live F2P mobile games with end-to-end ownership.
• Fluency in RPG mechanics and meta systems (progression, monetization, PvP, seasons).
• Experience taking a title from concept through LiveOps and live updates.

Responsabilités

• Define the product roadmap across one or more live RPG titles, including core loop and monetization mechanics.
• Own LiveOps end-to-end: calendar, events and the rhythm that brings players back.
• Lead a small team of product, design and economy experts with a clear plan.
• Oversee monetization balancing IAP and ad revenue growth in coordination with economy.
• Drive growth with UA partnerships and data-informed product decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with Publishing and studios toward shared KPIs.
• Set benchmarks and best practices for the team's work and outcomes.
• Remain hands-on with data and systems when needed.
