Coach Lyon Outlet in Villefontaine seeks a Lead Supervisor to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor. You will embody Coach values, support store operations, recruit and develop the team, and ensure daily execution of brand standards.

You will lead by example, monitor performance, analyze sales data, and collaborate across teams to meet KPIs and growth goals while maintaining an inclusive, high-energy work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lead a team and drive sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Comfort with HR-related tasks such as interviewing and performance evaluation.
