Joko is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Platform tribe to drive faster, safer, and more agentic software. You will report to the VP Product, own the tribe roadmap end-to-end, and mentor the Product Managers on its task forces as the team scales.

You will define the platform strategy, own Joker and Gotham, and build an automation layer with scalable interfaces. This role requires strong AI fluency, leadership, and a product mindset focused on internal users and cross-team impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product, including leadership or mentoring of other Product Managers.
• AI fluency and hands-on experience with AI tools in product work.
• Experience building internal tools, back-office products, APIs, platforms or complex B2B products.
• Strong emphasis on efficiency, robustness and adoption for internal users.
• Proven track record in people management and growing Product Managers.
• Excellent stakeholder leadership and ability to align multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Set the tribe's strategy: decide what Platform builds, in which order, and what it stops doing.
• Own Joker and Gotham: drive production-grade agent platform and permission model.
• Build the automation layer: expose actions as scoped tools and guide agent usage.
• Retire outdated tools: migrate off legacy systems without disrupting teams.
• Own security, compliance and reliability: identity, data retention, audits and governance.
• Lead and grow the team: hire and mentor Product Managers across the tribe.
• Be the interface for the whole company: align with Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal, Data and Care.
