TEC Group International in Vierzon, France, is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead commissioning, optimization, and the future development of two production sites in Vierzon. You will own projects from concept through handover to operations, driving safe, reliable and cost-efficient production.

This highly autonomous role requires collaboration, an agile mindset, and strong CAPEX management. Fluent French and English are essential, with a track record in chemical processing.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Master's in Chemical/Process Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in the chemical industry.
• Proven experience in process optimization and performance improvement.
• Experience commissioning industrial facilities.
• Experience with CAPEX project management.
• Experience with solids handling, thermal processes, recycling, regeneration, or gas treatment is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide process engineering expertise for safe, reliable operations.
• Monitor and optimize process performance, costs, quality.
• Lead root cause analyses and troubleshooting.
• Participate in commissioning and ramp-up of the new facility.
• Lead continuous improvement, energy efficiency, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S.
• Manage or support CAPEX projects across both sites.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, engineering firms, and internal teams.
• Train operators and ensure effective transfer of technical knowledge.
• Conduct technology monitoring and develop new project opportunities.
