Orakl Oncology seeks a Research Lead - Predictive Oncology to build and lead a programme enhancing the translational capabilities of the O-Predict platform. You will own the long-term scientific roadmap, choose research questions, and guide the work with experimental and clinical collaborators.

Qualificações

• PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc with an equivalent research record in predictive oncology.
• Ownership of a research programme with prioritized questions and milestones.
• Experience mentoring contributors across disciplines and reviewing methods.
• Strong publication record in translational oncology, biostatistics, ML for health.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL for analyses and reproducible work.
• Solid grounding in statistical inference, predictive modelling and study design.
• Excellent scientific writing and English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own O-Predict's long-term research roadmap with a 2-year agenda and 12-month plan.
• Lead R&D execution from question formulation to validation and interpretation.
• Shape future data generation by co-designing studies with collaborators.
• Advance predictive capabilities by integrating drug screening and molecular data.
• Define validation endpoints and manage independent validation plans.
• Translate findings into scalable scientific requirements for product.
• Lead publications, abstracts, posters and conference materials.
• Build collaborations with clinical investigators and partners.
• Coordinate authorship and governance around publications.
