Orakl Oncology in France is seeking an exceptional AI & Biology Research Scientist to invent, prototype, and mature models for target and biomarker discovery from PDO multi-omics data.

You will work as an individual contributor, design methods at the interface of computational biology and AI/ML, collaborate with Research Engineers to productionize approaches, and report to the Head of Computational Biology.

Qualifications

• PhD plus postdoctoral experience in computational biology including ML or ML applied to genomics.
• Strong experience in transcriptomic and multi-omics analysis (RNA-seq, WGS/WES).
• Proficient in Python and its bioinformatics ecosystem.

Responsabilités

• Develop new computational methods to analyse and interpret multi-omic data.
• Collaborate with research engineers to produce production-grade deliverables.
• Contribute to data packages that support program milestones and decisions.
• Maintain rigor, reproducibility, and biological relevance in analyses.
