Genesis seeks an experienced engineer to own Quadrants end to end: API, IR, lowering, optimizations, and core primitives for high‑performance Python in physics simulations.

You will balance usability with performance, building readable APIs and low‑level escape hatches for expert users. The role involves collaboration across GPU and compiler domains, and opportunities to shape the project roadmap within Genesis.

Responsabilités

• Own Quadrants end to end: API, IR and lowering, optimization passes and numerical primitives.
• Maintain usability first philosophy while enabling low-level escape hatches for power users.
• Drive architecture and roadmap decisions to keep Quadrants healthy and scalable.
• Collaborate with Genesis engineers to optimize performance for physics simulations.
• Benchmark workloads and track regressions to ensure continuous improvement.
