Genesis AI in Paris seeks a senior compiler/AI engineer to own Quadrants end to end—the API, IR and lowering, optimization passes, and core numerical primitives—owning the roadmap and benchmarks.

You will balance readability and performance, craft Python-centric interfaces, and drive low-level optimizations while keeping the system coherent as it grows, collaborating with Genesis and Quadrants teams to push the state of the art.

Qualifications

• You own Quadrants end to end: API, IR and lowering, the optimization passes, the numerical primitives, and the roadmap.
• You balance readability and performance, and design APIs that are natural to Python users.
• You collaborate with Genesis and Quadrants teams to push the state of the art.

Responsabilités

• Own API, IR, lowering and backends, and drive optimization strategies.
• Turn naive code into strong execution plans: vectorization, memory usage, synchronization.
• Propose API changes to reduce duplication and improve readability.
• Watch Genesis and the compiler together to capture performance wins.
