Apple's Security Engineering & Architecture organization leads product security across Apple devices. As Offensive Security Research Manager, you will oversee a team of researchers spanning browsers, kernels, firmware, and more, building a high-performing group and setting the technical direction.

You will mentor engineers, remove obstacles, align priorities with partner teams, and communicate findings to senior leadership while fostering an inclusive, high-impact research culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading offensive security researchers or engineers.
• Broad understanding of vulnerability research and exploitation.
• Ability to set technical strategy balancing short-term and long-term goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with engineering teams.
