Magellan is seeking a skilled .NET AI Lead Developer to design and optimize AI-enabled software architectures in .NET, with leadership responsibilities for cross-functional teams. You will integrate Azure AI, OpenAI and ML.NET services across cloud environments in an Agile setting, while driving development standards and innovations.

The role offers a mix of office-based and remote work up to 2 days per week, with opportunities to contribute to impactful transformation projects across industries.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in .NET development and prior team leadership or mentoring experience.
• Proficient in backend: .NET Core/Framework, C#, REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with AI integrations (OpenAI, Azure AI, ML.NET) and cloud environments.

Responsabilités

• Design and optimise scalable software architectures in .NET with AI components.
• Lead and mentor teams, facilitate technical workshops and code reviews.
• Ensure DevOps/CI-CD practices and security standards.
