Job summary

Teciem is seeking a Business Solution Consultant Lead for Kondor Back Office in Paris. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging deep capital markets knowledge with Teciem’s software to shape solution strategies and deliver value-based demonstrations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, contribute to roadmaps with market feedback, and lead client-focused engagements across Europe, including travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in banking, capital markets, or financial software, specifically back-office Treasury functions.
• Strong expertise across asset classes such as FX, fixed income, money markets, listed and OTC derivatives.
• Deep knowledge of European markets and their regulations.
• Prior experience with Kondor or similar solution is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery sessions and design compelling solution approaches.
• Deliver demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses, workshops, and value-led presentations.
• Produce high-quality collateral, white papers, decks, and client-facing materials.
• Share expertise through internal sessions on product capabilities and market trends.
• Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, Sales, and Partners to influence product evolution.
