Jobtailor in Île-de-France, Saint-Cloud seeks a Client Implementation Specialist to deploy CDS solutions for multi-dimensional projects. You will train clients, monitor adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include optimizing usage, supporting renewals, and driving post-implementation success while maintaining strong client satisfaction. Fluent English is required, and occasional travel may apply.

• Implement CDS solutions in our clients' environments.


• Support new clients during the implementation of our solutions (multi-dimensional projects: travel agencies, SBT, payment methods).


• Provide comprehensive training on the use of our platforms.


• Ensure post-implementation follow-up to secure successful adoption.


• Monitor and analyze client performance.


• Identify opportunities for improvement and growth.


• Recommend optimizations to improve the use of our solutions.


• Analyze issues encountered by clients and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.


• Ensure ongoing client satisfaction.


• Collaborate with the sales team to renew existing contracts.
