Jobtailor in Marseille seeks a Senior Project Cargo Manager to support growth in oversized and heavy cargo. You will design training content and promote project cargo activities to terminals, coordinating stakeholders on complex projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in maritime or engineering, shows strong leadership and analytical abilities, with hands-on experience in ship operations, stowage planning, and project cargo/HSE. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

Master’s degree from a Maritime or Engineering school.
Strong leadership skills.
Proven track record in managing teams and projects.
Strong analytical skills.
Solid understanding of maritime logistics and/or project cargo operational activities.
Project cargo experience and/or HSE experience.
Knowledge of ship operations and stowage planning.
IT tools proficiency (Windows suite, Qlik Sense).
Engineering/design tools proficiency (Visio, AutoCAD, Inventor).
Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

Actively contribute to the Group’s business growth in oversized and heavy cargo.
Design training programs and content.
Promote project cargo activities to terminals.
Identify potential business opportunities.
Provide support for complex and highly technical projects.
Monitor and drive effective coordination between stakeholders.
