Baptist Health is seeking an Environmental Services teammate to support the environmental leadership team with developing and maintaining required services across the organization. You will guide staff, ensure productive operations, and participate in daily environmental or floor tech duties.

This role requires cross-training, clear communication, and the ability to train others. The position offers hourly pay in the range of $17.11 to $21.73 depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in hospital/hospitality setting.
• 1 year supervisory or lead role in a hospital/hospitality setting.
• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper. credentials may be required.
