Xanitos, Inc. is seeking Part-time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers to support Lourdes Hospital in Lourdes, NY. The role involves cleaning and maintaining areas across client facilities, following account-specific standards and procedures.

Daily duties include cleaning rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces, replenishing supplies, and transporting items as needed. A flu shot and post-offer screenings are required, with a sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Flu shot is a must.
• Experience in janitorial services is a plus.
• Experience in medical cleaning is a plus.
• Post-offer medical, background screening and drug test required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, surfaces and trim.
• Cleans rooms, corridors, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sweeps/vacuums floors and dusts surfaces.
• Polishes metalwork and cleans walls, windows, and woodwork.
• Empties wastebaskets and transports trash to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment between departments.

Xanitos is hiring Part time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for all shifts at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, NY.

• $500.00 sign on bonus.
  • $250.00 after 3 months
  • $250.00 after 6 months
  • Hourly Pay Rate $18.04

Job Overview:

The Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers may work in any location on client premises. This individual cleans and keeps in an orderly condition facilities or locations in a health care campus. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Xanitos may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities, client requirements and applicable industry standards.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and Transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.

Job Qualifications:

• Flu shot required
• Experience in the janitorial industry a plus
• Medical cleaning a plus
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.
