Job summary

Airswift is seeking a skilled Document Controller to support large engineering, energy, and infrastructure projects in Paris. The role focuses on managing project documentation within an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and coordinating review workflows.

You will verify compliance with project specifications, assist teams with EDMS usage, and produce reports, dashboards, and KPIs. You may also supervise additional document controllers and maintain registers and transmittals.

Qualifications

• Experience as Document Controller on large engineering, energy, EPC/FEED projects.
• Experience managing contractor/project documentation in EDMS environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control project documentation in an EDMS.
• Coordinate document review and approval workflows.
• Verify document compliance with project specs and document control requirements.
• Support project teams with document management processes and EDMS usage.
• Produce document control reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Coordinate and supervise additional document controllers where required.
• Maintain document registers, transmittals, and distribution matrices.
