Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Lead Data Visualisation to lead the data viz chapter within IS&T, reporting to the Head of Data Insights at the Paris HQ. You will guide a high-performing team and drive best practices across the group, enabling value through visual analytics and data products.

The role focuses on strategy, modernization (Qlik Cloud migration), governance, and cross-functional collaboration with multiple business units. English required; French language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional experience in data, with management experience encouraged.
• Education: Engineering degree or higher in Data, Analytics, Computer Science preferred.
• Fluent English required; knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
• Experience in UX approaches, data visualization product design, and scaling Viz products.
• Experience in agile environments and data-driven change management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Data Visualization team, ensuring progress and high performance.
• Define and diffuse best practices for data visualization and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive a forward-looking vision for data visualization and its framework within the group.
• Monitor adoption of data products by end users and ensure value realization.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with squads, tribes, and other Creators in the Group.
• Ensure governance, data usage, KPI definitions are compliant with standards.
