Ketchapp seeks a Lead Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights across a portfolio of mobile games. You will direct analytics initiatives, partner with UA, Monetization, and game teams, and shape data strategy to drive smarter decisions.

Under the Technical Director, you will mentor the team, manage data quality, and collaborate on data source integration while evangelizing data-driven decision making across Ubisoft and Ketchapp studios.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and Python (Mandatory).
• Experience with a Data Visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker… Mandatory).
• Cloud experience (ideally Azure).
• Experience in Machine Learning (Preferred).
• Experience in Big Data (Preferred).

Responsabilités

• Lead the Data Analytics activity and mentor the team.
• Gather needs from Game, UA, Monetization teams and propose analytical solutions.
• Define and manage the analytics roadmap aligned with studio priorities.
• Oversee production of relevant analyses for stakeholders and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data relevance and optimize data flows.
• Automate key dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
• Promote a data-driven culture and train operating teams on data tools.
