Ubisoft's Ketchapp unit is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights across its portfolio of mobile games. You will guide analytics, ensure data quality, and collaborate with multiple teams to shape data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have strong SQL/Python skills, experience with Tableau/Power BI/Looker, and excellent English and French communication. The role offers growth within a creative gaming environment in France.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and Python (Mandatory).
• Experience with any Data Visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) (Mandatory).
• Cloud experience (ideally Azure).
• Experience in Machine Learning (Preferred).
• Experience in Big Data (Preferred).
• Previous experience as a Data Analyst in the video game industry (Mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in English and French (Mandatory).

Responsabilités

• Lead the Data Analytics activity: gather needs, define the analytics roadmap, oversee analysis for stakeholders.
• Manage data quality and collaborate with data engineering to optimize data flows and automate dashboards.
• Lead and mentor team members, collaborate with UA/Monetization, game teams, SDK, and Data Engineering.
• Promote a data-driven culture and train teams to interpret insights effectively.
