MANITOU Group in Ancenis, France, seeks a Senior Buyer to drive the purchasing strategy for accessories across Europe. You will lead supplier selection, RFQs and negotiations for OEM and aftermarket needs, coordinating with logistics and US counterparts.
You will work within a Europe-wide team, overseeing a large component portfolio and driving cost optimization alongside R&D. Fluency in English is required; Italian is a plus, with up to 2 days remote after three months.

Within the Group Accessories and Spare Parts Purchasing Department, covering European production sites and spare parts (mainly France & Italy), we are offering a Senior Buyer position to lead the deployment of the purchasing strategy for accessory families in Europe.
You will work within a Purchasing team based in France, while also coordinating with buyers responsible for accessories (particularly in the US). Your portfolio covers 85% of accessory costs.
Full-time permanent contract (CDI) on a day-rate scheme.
Option to work remotely up to 2 days per week after 3 months of seniority.
Salary based on experience, profit‑sharing and incentive schemes (intéressement et participation), active Works Council (CSE) with organized activities, company restaurant, and public transit subsidy (70%, or vehicle/bike allowance).
Based in Ancenis (44), France. Frequent travel to be expected (approx. 10 to 20% of the time), mainly to Italy, French industrial sites, and suppliers.
