A leading decentralized finance organization is seeking a Product Lead for their Institutional DeFi Lending initiatives. This remote role focuses on driving the product vision and collaborating with engineering to launch innovative lending products. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in product development within the crypto space and strong experience with large institutions. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping products in the Crypto Lending or Trading space.
• Strong understanding of Risk Management and trade execution in crypto and DeFi.
• Experience working with large institutions, funds, or capital allocators in DeFi or Traditional Finance.
• Understanding of technical web development fundamentals (APIs, SDKs, etc.).
• Proven experience working directly with Engineering teams to deliver 0‑to‑1 products.
• Exceptional organization and communication skills, with a low‑ego, high‑ownership mindset.

Responsabilités

• Set the product vision and strategy for the Prime Products vertical.
• Develop a deep understanding of stakeholders' needs and requirements.
• Understand the wider crypto lending space, including market trends and competitors.
• Shape products to manage risk and exposure on the protocol.
• Work with Engineering teams to deliver products from concept through launch.
