Job summary

LRQA France is seeking an Auditors Manager to lead a diverse team delivering high-quality audit and certification services across France and internationally. You will ensure competence and performance while aligning with accreditation standards and LRQA processes.

You will work in a flexible setup with remote work, client visits, and travel, fostering growth, client retention, and market presence in France.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in third-party certification, auditing, assurance, or conformity assessment.
• Qualified Lead Auditor in one or more recognised certification schemes.
• Strong understanding of accreditation requirements and certification processes.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of auditors in France across multiple schemes.
• Oversee delivery of audit programmes, monitor KPIs and quality indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise client delivery and growth.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and LRQA procedures.
• Represent LRQA with clients, accreditation bodies, and external stakeholders.
