LRQA France is seeking an Auditor Manager to lead a team of auditors and technical experts across France, delivering high‑quality audit and certification services. The role combines remote work with client visits and occasional travel within France and internationally, requiring strong leadership and compliance expertise.

You will manage performance, coach staff, ensure accreditation and regulatory compliance, support business development, and uphold LRQA's standards across sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field (Environment, Chemistry, Energy, Mechanical, …)
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Significant experience in third‑party certification, auditing, assurance, or conformity assessment activities.
• Qualified Lead Auditor in one or more recognised certification schemes.
• Strong understanding of accreditation requirements and certification processes.
• Proven experience leading technical teams, auditors, or operational professionals.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of employed and subcontracted auditors across France.
• Structure and organise team, manage intermediate team leaders and performance reviews.
• Support auditors in developing technical and behavioural competencies through coaching and training.
• Manage team capacity, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Oversee the delivery of audit programmes across sectors and schemes, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Scheduling, Sales, and Customer Success to optimise resource allocation.
