Autoliv seeks a Laboratory Manager to lead the laboratory team in our Île-de-France facility. You will drive testing, validation, and analysis activities that directly support manufacturing excellence while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across the lab operations.

You will manage laboratory equipment, calibration programs, and budgets, collaborating with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading laboratory operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Background in Chemistry, Metrology, Engineering, Quality, Measurement Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in testing, validation, calibration, measurement systems, or laboratory processes.
• Experience managing technical teams and developing people.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in both French and English.
