Autoliv France is seeking a Laboratory Manager to lead a high‑performance laboratory team and drive testing, validation and measurement activities underpinning manufacturing excellence. You will manage calibration programs, budgets and resources while collaborating with Production, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to solve complex challenges and promote data‑driven decisions.

Fluency in French and English, plus proven leadership and people development skills, are essential for success in

Qualifications

Proven experience leading laboratory operations in industrial/manufacturing settings.
Background in Chemistry, Metrology, Engineering, Quality, or related field.
Strong expertise in testing, validation, calibration, and measurement systems.
Experience managing technical teams and developing people.

Responsabilités

Lead a laboratory team and develop talent in a high-performance environment.
Drive testing, validation, measurement, and analysis activities supporting manufacturing excellence.
Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, compliance and operational efficiency.
Manage laboratory equipment, calibration programs, budgets, and resources.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to solve complex challenges.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven decision making.
Foster accountability, innovation and operational excellence across the lab.
