We are looking for a Laboratory Maintenance Technician for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Pau, France

Start Date: 15 October 2025

Contract Duration: + 6 months

Qualification and Experience Required:

• CMMS
• English
• Maintenance Preventive
• Logistics
• Maintenance Corrective
• Inspection

The mission is divided into several areas of activity:

• Technical support/assistance/advice for laboratory activities on request
• Maintenance: Installing, checking, diagnosing and repairing defective parts or devices, maintaining the various machines and installations under his/her responsibility
• Maintenance management: Follow-up of outsourced interventions, organization of preventive campaigns, publication of KPIs, request for quotes and orders
• Material management: reconditioning, dismantling, scrapping, moving, saving and updating the database
• Consumables management: registration of existing and new items via a dedicated tool, request for quotes and orders
• Participation in the evolution of the IT tool dedicated to the management of the equipment fleet
• To improve production equipment to guarantee the quantity and quality of products, but also the longevity of the machines.
• Preparation of equipment subject to inspection, Monitoring and monitoring for the application of compliance standards as well as safety, quality and environmental rules
• Control of critical equipment in the regulatory or metrological sense.
• Local and external logistics with tracking of shipments in France and abroad

Objectives and deliverables

• Up-to-date and completed material database (BML) (registration and follow-up)
• Management and Records of Maintenance Requests in SharePoint Dedicated incl. Disposal
• Inventory Management of Equipment and Spare Consumables (BCL)
• Delivery note (BL) for refurbished equipment
• Technical assistance for purchases, quotes, pilots
• A tidy and operational maintenance workshop, with equipment available and in good condition to carry out equipment maintenance
• Regulatory Audit Assistance
