Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Lab/Process Engineer to drive new lab enablement and sustain reliability testing programs. You will coordinate with Facilities and GEL to implement equipment/layout changes, and maintain process documentation and control plans.

You will define performance windows, collaborate with Automation for error-proofing, and support audits with proper records. A strong emphasis on data analysis, continuous improvement, and AI-assisted workflow enhancements

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics or related engineering discipline.
• Understanding in semiconductor backend or reliability lab processes.
• Familiarity with reliability tests such as thermal/humidity stress, temperature cycling, and reflow; and/or device reliability tests such as HTOL, ELFR, HNBTI, etc.
• Familiarity with quality systems, process control, and audit requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset and strive for excellence.
• Candidates with 0-1 year of experience welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Lead new lab enablement, coordinate with Facilities and GEL for equipment/layout changes.
• Maintain and improve POR for reliability tests, ensuring SOP and quality compliance.
• Define process windows, control plans, and reaction mechanisms to prevent excursions.
• Partner with Automation Engineers to implement error-proofing and reduce manual touchpoints.
• Support audits with accurate documentation and training records.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and drive corrective actions for improvement.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
