Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Saint-Laurent-du-Var is seeking a Key Lead to act as the Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience and strong daily sales.

You will open and close, operate POS, manage omni-channel orders, build visual displays, analyze reports, protect store assets, and represent the brand's culture while delivering energetic, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred (1+ year).
• CEFR B2 in English & French.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register / POS systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
