CEVA Logistics seeks a dynamic account management professional to lead key client relationships across Europe. You will drive regional strategies, negotiate major contracts, and identify growth opportunities while coordinating RFQ processes and implementation to ensure profitability.

The role requires a proven track record in supply chain and logistics, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to create and challenge.
• Expertise in supply chain, logistics, and strategic relationship management.
• Advanced negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Master’s degree advantageous; college degree and relevant experience essential.

We’re looking for a dynamic professional to lead, grow, and manage some of our key accounts, driving success across all business lines—Air, Ocean, Ground, Contract Logistics.

Your role is to build trust and long-term partnership into a fast-moving logistic environment and within a technology market facing strong momentum with AI adoption.

• Proven track record (5+ years) in account management
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to create and challenge
• Expertise in supply chain, logistics, and strategic relationship management.
• Advanced negotiation, communication, and analytical skills with a focus on delivering results.
• Cultural awareness, fluency in English (additional languages a plus), and experience in emerging markets.
• A Master’s degree is advantageous, but a college degree and relevant experience are essential.
