Job summary

Samsung C&T Corporation is seeking a Project Junior Developer to grow our solar and energy storage portfolio across the MISO and PJM regions, coordinating work across multiple development functions, consultants, and remote teams. You will align interconnection, permitting, real estate, GIS, legal and engineering efforts to reach project goals.

The role requires collaboration with landowners and external partners, strong project management, and an ability to navigate fast-changing market

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project development experience in solar or renewable energy.
• Bachelor's degree required; permitting expertise preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify suitable sites and negotiate with landowners.
• Coordinate with interconnection, permitting, GIS, legal and engineering teams.
• Manage development activities from feasibility to construction start.
• Ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
• Stay informed on renewable energy opportunities and industry trends.
• Coordinate with third party consultants and development partners.
