Job summary

IKOS GROUP, headquartered in Levallois-Perret, Paris, is seeking an International Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its International Recruitment Team. You will partner with managers across Europe and North America to source and attract engineers who will drive IKOS' growth.

This role goes beyond traditional recruitment; you will act as a business partner and talent strategist in a fast-growing international environment.

Qualifications

• MSc degree is mandatory.
• Fluent English and French are mandatory.
• A third language is a plus.
• Previous recruitment experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, autonomous and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top engineering talent for IKOS' growth.

Job description

To strengthen our dynamic International Recruitment Team, we are looking for an International Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our headquarters in Levallois-Perret, Paris.

In this role, you will partner directly with our international business managers and recruitment teams across Europe and North America, playing a key role in identifying and attracting the talented engineers who will drive IKOS' continued growth!

This is much more than a recruitment role. You will act as a true business partner, ambassador, and talent strategist within an ambitious and fast-growing international environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract top engineering talent to support IKOS' ambitious growth plans.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and candidate follow-up.
• Partner closely with Business Managers worldwide to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment expertise.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and innovative recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help promote IKOS as an employer of choice.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with universities, engineering schools, and student associations.
• Represent IKOS at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment forums.
• Participate in strategic Talent Acquisition and HR development projects.
• Support international recruitment activities across multiple countries and business units.
• Travel occasionally to Switzerland, the United States, or other IKOS locations when required.

What We're Looking For:

• Msc. Degree (BAC+5, mandatory).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken and French (mandatory) , a third language a big plus!
• Previous recruitment experience (internship, agency, in-house recruitment, or equivalent).
• Passion for pure recruitment, and international business environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset with a genuine willingness to take initiative.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambitious environment.

Please note that our International Recruitment Team is spread across multiple IKOS offices worldwide. While this offers a truly international and multicultural working environment, it also requires a strong sense of autonomy and ownership.
