Reporting to the Group's International Mobility Senior Manager, you will contribute to supporting employees in their international career paths.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative management of mobility
    • Initiate the international mobility process (type of mobility, cost estimates, tax and social issues, etc.).
    • Prepare departure and return documents (contracts, amendments, assignment letters, etc.).
    • Monitor visas, work permits and other legal formalities.
    • Update HR databases and mobility tracking tools.
  • Support for expatriate employees
    • Answer employees' questions on conditions of mobility (remuneration, taxation, social protection, etc.).
    • Liaise with external service providers (relocation, immigration, tax).
    • Participate in the logistical organization of departures (accommodation, schools, transport, etc.).
  • Coordination with local and international HR teams
    • Collaborate with HRBPs and HR managers in host countries.
    • Participate in the implementation of the Group's mobility policies.
    • Contribute to the harmonization of practices and regulatory monitoring.
  • Participation in cross-functional HR projects
    • Monitoring trends and best practices in international mobility.
    • Monitor legal developments in tax and employment law.
    • Participate in the management of RSU/PSU bonus share plans.
