Job summary

HelloFresh is expanding its European Strategic Sourcing Team with several junior roles in Procurement. You’ll learn end-to-end procurement across markets, ensuring high-quality ingredients at the right cost. Visa sponsorship isn’t offered for junior roles; you must have the right to work in your location.

You’ll analyze offers, monitor trends, and support pricing decisions using data and AI tools. A hybrid setup and mentoring await across product, culinary, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or food science.
• Up to 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear communication and ability to build relationships with suppliers and colleagues across teams, countries and functions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe; fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement strategies across European markets with experienced team members.
• Analyse supplier offers, cost data and market prices to build cost models.
• Monitor market trends and supply risks using data and Generative AI tools for pricing forecasts.
• Identify and assess suppliers, prepare negotiations and own selected suppliers as you gain experience.
• Collaborate with product, culinary, food safety and quality, and operations teams to launch new products on time.
• Contribute to cross-functional procurement projects and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
