Job summary

HelloFresh France is seeking an International Category Manager to drive category strategies across European markets. You will own supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and deliver cost savings while building robust cost models and forecasting pricing with data and industry insights.

The role requires collaboration with local and global stakeholders, mentoring junior team members, and flexibly operating within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, finance, or science.
• Minimum of 3 years of strategic procurement or production experience in food or packaging, or as management consultant in operations.

Responsibilities

• Shape the category strategy across European markets, aligned with business objectives and supply chain needs.
• Own supplier relationships and lead negotiations within your scope with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive cost reduction opportunities by leveraging volumes and improving processes across markets.
• Build robust cost models and conduct make-or-buy analyses while monitoring key commodity prices.
• Forecast future cost pricing using data, industry knowledge and Generative AI tools.
• Lead procurement projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
