Job summary

Thai Union is seeking a Co-Manufacturing Procurement Specialist to support all sourcing activities within the Global Fish Procurement unit. You will report to the Co-Man Director Ambient & Chilled and manage projects from market to delivery, ensuring timely execution and value delivery.

Responsibilities include leading tenders, building supplier catalogs, and supporting S&OP with monthly procurement data reporting. Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a procurement program (Kedge MAI, ESSEC or DESMA).
• 2+ years of procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with procurement tools; advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented.

Thai Union is one of the world's leading seafood companies. Within the Global Fish Procurement business unit, the Co-Manufacturing team manages sourcing from industrial partners around the world across our Ambient & Chilled categories.

Your mission

Reporting to the Co-Man Director Ambient & Chilled, you will support all co-manufacturing procurement activities for the Group. You will follow market projects end to end, all the way through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

Projects & sourcing

• Follow projects from the markets end to end, with strong follow-through until delivery
• Run tenders and track savings and cost avoidance
• Build a catalog of the Group's co-manufacturers showing our presence worldwide
• Support innovation projects with the Innohub team

Supplier management

• Contract agreements with suppliers, working with the Legal team
• Set up a business review process with preferred-list suppliers
• Track supplier scoring (KPIs) and contribute to the year-end co-manufacturer evaluation
• Put business continuity plans (BCP) in place for all strategic business

Demand planning & reporting

• Monitor internal demand against market requests
• Handle additional or spot demand
• Support requests from the S&OP team
• Produce monthly procurement data reporting
• Key performance indicators: OTIF, cost avoidance, savings, and delays against demand.

Your profile

• Graduate of a procurement program: Kedge (MAI), ESSEC or DESMA
• At least 2 years of procurement experience
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with procurement tools; advanced Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail
• Well organized, agile, curious and dynamic, with a team spirit and a positive attitude
• Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus
