Ski Famille Limited is seeking a committed Commis Chef to support the hotel kitchen in delivering high-quality meals to guests staying at our chalet hotel. You will work under the Head Chef and Sous Chefs alongside a team of senior chefs, chefs de partie and kitchen porters, with responsibilities spanning stock rotation, labeling and storage to ensure meals meet our high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality and catering.
• Working knowledge of HACCP procedures.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills and customer service focus.
• Basic French language skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with preparing the daily meal service and delivering meals to all guests.
• Manage stock by rotating, labelling and storing produce.
• Ensure daily Health and Safety checks meet guidelines and comply with regulations.
• Provide shift cover and be flexible with hours.
• Support chefs in meal preparation and uphold Ski Famille reputation.
