Ski Famille Limited is seeking an energetic Senior Chalet Host to join our resort team for the winter season. Reporting to the Chalet Manager and Resort Manager, you will handle chalet hosting, housekeeping, meals, stock control, and team support, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless, family‑friendly stay.

You will collaborate with childcare and operations, lead training, manage stock and deliveries, and maintain high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end hospitality delivery with strong attention to detail.
• Must have worked at least one winter season.
• Experience in managing a young team.
• Interest or ability in cooking and catering.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP is advantageous.
• Full clean driving licence held for at least 2 years.
• Availability for the whole season (mid November to end April).
• Good stock management and cost-control awareness.
• Willingness to work in a client-facing, dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver chalet hosting duties including daily housekeeping and meal service.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food presentation standards.
• Oversee stock of linen, cleaning supplies, food, wine and deliveries.
• Support chalet team with training, feedback, and hands-on coaching.
• Collaborate with Resort Childcare and Resort Assistants for cohesive service.
• Coordinate with suppliers and resort managers on inventory and logistics.
• Represent Ski Famille and Ski Vertigo with professionalism at all times.
