Job summary

You will collaborate with multiple teams to tackle daily issues and enhance quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in logistics or a related field and possesses strong skills in KPI monitoring, deep dive analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Fluency in French and English is required, while Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure internal and external customer quality monitoring.
• Assist KA team on daily / weekly collaboration with external customer matter related to our network quality KPI.
• Collaborate with OPS teams on daily issues encountered and report Root Cause / Action plan.
• Data crunch on quality topics related to KPI / process improvement.
