Cafeyn is looking for an Associate Product Manager in Paris. In this role, you'll work with the Product team to deliver features and enhance user experiences for our digital reading service. You'll lead end-to-end project deliveries and participate in user research, all while receiving mentorship to grow into a fully autonomous Product Manager.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in a product role and are eager to learn while demonstrating strong communication, organization, and empathy for users.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a Product role, ideally in a B2C digital product.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully across functions.
• Curiosity to learn and ask questions.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of features within your scope.
• Participate in user interviews and discovery workshops.
• Build and interpret dashboards to track feature performance.
