Cafeyn Group in Paris seeks a Lead Product Designer to shape Cafeyn's user experience across platforms and grow a small design team. You will translate user needs and business goals into visually compelling, measurable designs, while mentoring two Product Designers and driving design excellence.

You will champion discovery, shaping, and a robust design system, collaborating with product and data teams and embedding AI-accelerated workflows to improve velocity and output quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Design with high-growth B2C experience.
• Direct experience managing people and teams.
• Mastery of double-diamond design process and coaching others.
• Fluent in French and English, strong stakeholder communication.
• Ability to turn insights into scalable design systems across platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a design team of 2 Product Designers.
• Define discovery, shaping, and hand-off to engineering with rigor.
• Develop and evolve a global Design System across iOS, Android, Web.
• Collaborate with PMs, Analysts, and Researchers to anchor design in data.
• Introduce AI tools to accelerate design velocity and quality.
